I have just started today, with a referral from a co-worker. I have been trying to shed some lbs. for nearly 2 months with no success. Hopefully this will help out, going to the gym two days a week and assuming I am watching what I eat has done me no justice. I look forward to this being a valuable, educational, and healthy way to a new start on weight loss.
