    Looks yummy. But my concern is that, although low in calories, it seems awfully high in fat and sodium. Do you have the stats for this? For successful weight loss, calories is only part of the equation. The most diet-damaging part of a McD's burger is not that calories but the carbs in the bun and the fat in the meat and cheese.

    Fit it in YOUR diet plan! Cheat day, or some such occasion. If it doesn't work with your plan, don't do it! or as someone else has said, they will use turkey meat (or try the meatless crumbles).
