2 ripe mangoes
1/3 cup sugar(I used sweetner)
2 tablespoons water
Combine 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks, 1/3 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons water in a blender and puree until smooth. Refridgerate in an airtight container, up to 1 week.
I also stirred mine through a strainer to remove all the "hairs" or whatever you wanna call those things.
Makes 3 cups
per 2 tablespoon: 11 cal; 0 g fat (o g sat fat); 0 g protein; 2.9 g carbs; 0.2 g fiber
This goes great with this mango parfait!:
