    WOW I am definitely going to the store to buy cauliflower :) Never thought of adding the laughing cow cheese cheese wedges. I am totally trying this tonight.

    Ok...my family doesnt like cauliflower, neither do I. Do these receipes taste like mashed potatoes or is the cauliflower taste hidden? hate to buy a lot and everyone hate it.

    I love it, and especially with laughing cow. I cant really say these taste like potatoes. But since I love cauliflower, that is why I make it. I steam it soft. Then mash it up with the laughing cow and s/p(sometimes even add parm cheese. Then lay it flat on a baking sheet and bake/broil. I will eat this as my main entree for dinner.:wink:
