    Ack there are "official directions" somewhere on these boards...but if you go to

    and register, then click on the MFP chat at the top left hand side of the screen you should be able to get in...

    I just can't today, I'm beat. And pissed at my doctor for denying me the ability to run.
    And Pissed that my fellow eastern Massachusan got screwed out of a bronze medal, how does someone land two vaults and get beaten by a girl who falls on her knees? Bella was PISSED!
