Help! My hair is thinning so much since I started working out last summer. I am very happy with the results I am getting on my body. But I noticed that since last summer my hair is thinning. It could be age. I will be forty in a few weeks. I am not sure what it could it be. Someone said it could be the sodium build up from sweat after my workout. Any advice?
Thanks, Momo

My hair was falling out for several months too! I asked a couple friends who work in the "medical" field and both agreed that drastic metabolic changes was the culprit and to not worry too much about it..
All in all I think it was about 3 months of hair loss. My hair is noticeably thinner (just like my pudgy butt) but it's stopped falling out and is growing back now0 -
This was happening to me a few months back and it really freaked me out. I went to my doctor and because of my weight loss that showed on his scale he had asked me if I was cutting my fat , well yes I was cutting my fat out but the problem was I was cutting even the good fats and it was causing my hair to thin and fall out. Lack of good fats is not good and I found out the hard way. So if your cutting your good fats to much then that might be the issue.0

ive learned that eating more protein will not only help to lose weight but it will help prevent thinning hair. If you're not consuming enough protein in your diet, you'll likely see significant hair loss within two to three months, but you can reverse thinning hair by eating enough protein-rich foods, according to Skin Care Physicians.com.

I take Omega Fish oil, amino 2222, neo cell hair skin and nails, and I only eat chicken and white fish. I have notice it is getting better. I guess I want it to change over night. lol0
