I have been working out 5-7 days a week now for 3 months & i'm niticing i'm getting better & can do more.
Downside?? I'm noticing that it's getting a lot harder to burn the calories I want to burn. Ugh, it sucks being fit sometimes!
Lol!!!
Anyone else?

The more you lose the less you burn each work out. But thats actually a good thing. In the end if you are goign as hard as you can as long as you can then it matters little how much you are actually burning. Just push yourself to the max!0

Thanks! I do rest. Sometimes I have weeks where I have 2 or 3 rest days, other weeks I work out every day & I never do exactly same things, I switch things up0 -
ME TOO!!!! and you are right it is so frustrating :-/
yeah - it is a good sign though.
I've had to think up new workouts let some old one go) and revamp some of the things I was doing....all part of progress I guess ?!

Thanks Ed! It's just weird, my HR will drops pretty fast now when I take a slight break. I know it's a good thing, thanks :-)0 -
Yes, I'm definitely notice a difference in how I feel physically. I'm stronger, have more stamina, my back pain is gone, my knee pain is decreasing. Feeling pretty darned good :happy:0

I just started, so mine's still dropping off fairly quickly... but soon I will face the dreaded plateau.
