wind trainer

So I have one of these:

Could the calories burned on that be comparable to an elliptical trainer, since it works the arms as well? There's no way to adjust the resistance or incline or anything, as it uses wind resistance, so the faster you go, the more it resists.
Just wondering how I should log it. I had been putting it under Stationary bike, but I think this burns more, because of the added arms.
Thanks!
