:laugh: *SIGH* Don't you just Love Confusious(or how ever you spell his name)? My Boyfriend found this site & since his phone could get the app he started tracking his calories, invited me. Now where did he go? :ohwell: oh well I'm sure he will turn back up(On here, I Know where he sleeps every day). I don't do a lot of walking or running,but My bike is often like a second set of legs for me. keeping any kind of schedule is beyond me How I do yoga in the morning(easy, I hurt if I don't) & take my 1 a day(another no brainer, need to eat to take it, yoga makes me hungry, WIN WIN!) beyond that I can't keep a schedule to save my life. I found because My boyfriend & I both have crazy sleep/eat times (so if you do to this may help) you can change your "meal names" to times (ie,0001-0700, 0701-1100 , all the way up to 0000 which 1 min after starts the new day) make it work for you. So far so good. I know my body is ajusting thats why I'm not "TRIPPIN" about not loosing right away as long as I DO LOOSE & look as good as I like again. It's all good(or will be). No worries mahn. I love my man. :drinker: tea?
