Anyone tried them?
They are appetite controllers, i just read about them in Marie Claire (very high brow i know!) and you an apparently eat 30% less than you usually do.It would be a god send for me as for the last couple weeks i have struggled a lot with hunger (but didnt before! boo)

Anyway, opinions? I have never tried any of this typeof thing and am generally dubious!

    Wow thanks for the tip!! Im always struggling with hunger I'm going to go look these up right now.

    Myself and a g/f of mine are using them she finds that they work and I still have no opinion on them. Sorry can't offer more than that.
