So far, I haven't hit one yet. But keep in mind I weight myself once every 2 weeks (sometimes 3) so I may have hit one 1 week and lost the next haha. Anyway, 22 pounds and about 10 weeks in and no plateau yet.

How about you?

I started February 15, 2011 and it looks like my plateau started on April 5, 2011. I have been going up and down the same three pounds since then. I plan to lose 30 pounds and the plateau struck when I got halfway to goal. I always see on these boards that the closer you get to goal, the more likely the plateau happens so I am assuming I am normal (HA!).

I was much larger than most people so my body didn't really feel the need to plateau. I also don't consider it a plateau until it's been more than a week or two.

LOL I didn't expect this to be bumped. Good job to everyone who's still going strong. Today begins my 14th week and so far, no plateau. Lower weight loss than before? Certainly, but the pounds keep dropping regardless. Love it. :)
