Water Retention?

Okay so today I went and weighed myself. I had a mini relapse and was stepping on the scale yesterday and it said I'd gained 2 pounds (but it was at the end of the day so i was like NO biggy i normally lose 4 in the night) i woke up and my feet and legs are VERY swollen. I have had blood clots in the past during my pregnancies so i normally get swelling in my legs, but i also have swelling in my joints (hands, even seems like my elbows) So i was like 2 pounds heavier! I also have started walking pushing a double stroller every day and am wondering if muscles are retaining water because of the extra work they are doing? (i think i read that can happen) Has anyone experienced anything like this? its really frustrating

That happens to me. There are a lot of differing factors, like your sodium vs. water intake or depending on the time of the month or even the weather can play a role. I weigh myself everyday but only track one day on MFP.0
