i am so proud of you!!! thats GREAT!! i remember when i was a size 7... that was 10 years ago ( i looked and felt GREAT and im sure you're feeling the same way now. i cant wait til im in a 7 again. we'll be skinny together!!!! )

What a great NSV. It is always a great feeling when you need a smaller size than you expected. Congrats on the weight loss so far. Keep it up, you are doing an awesome job.

I just read your story and I can truly relate to you.. I have a 28 month old little girl who I have have stayed home with since she was born after having worked for all those years before, and I have been between 170-190lbs ever since. I was comfortable with my weight at 165 before having my little girl, but now I've joined MFP and my NEW goal is to weigh 155 by August.

I am so glad to have read your story, it is a huge inspiration and because of success stories like yours, I believe I can do it too!! As for my workout, I roller skate about 10 miles a day and have began following the calorie tracker on MFP which seems to be very effective for a lot of people.
