Jillian Michaels 30 day shred

So I started the 30 DS and OMG it's intense I was cursing at the T.V screen half way through but I made it and feel great! Anyone have any suggestions on how to calculate the calories burned? I'm not quite sure what to look for and add because there is a bunch of exercises all combined into 20 minutes. Thanks for the help!!! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ON THEIR JOURNEY TO HEALTHIER LIFE STYLE!!!!!!

    I've been reading a lot about this J.M. 30 day shred. How is it? Maybe you should wear a HRM? I'm not sure what this Shred entails but if cardio is involved you should be able to approximately count calories burned that way.

    I am 5'6" and 175 pounds. I was burning about 260 calories in level 1. Hope that helps!

    It's amazing and I'm only on day 1 LOL!! I feel it everywhere! Its 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and one minute of abs and its 3 sets!! I should try wearing a HRM. THANKS!!!!

    I think I will try the HRM. I'm 5'5" and 163 pounds so I'm not sure what it would be.
