So, I have been doing P90X off and on since Feb., but I can't seem to get finished with week 3. My mom is not well so every couple of weeks I make trips out of town to take her to dr.'s visits and such. While im there I try to exercise and watch what I eat but dont really have the time that P90X requires plus I can't really focus cuz I'm helping my mother. So, my question is Im home now until the end of May then I go back for a dr.'s appointment, In April I made it through the 1st 2weeks, So should I start over again or pick up with week 3? I feel like if I keep starting over Im never going to make it through the 90days. Any advice would be appreciated

Pick up where you left off!!! You can do this! I am also working on P90X right now!0

I've done P90X on and off for about 4 yrs. When I miss one day (funny how that day can often be yoga!), I don't even worry about it, and move on to the next day in the program... although I do feel bad for missing the workout, I don't let it be a big deal.
If you miss a week, I'd say just repeat that week. For example, I'm traveling for work next week, Monday - Thursday (May 2-5), which is week 6 for me. However, I'm not going to schlep my dvds and stuff with me on the road; I'll just hop on a treadmill instead. So when I get back, starting Monday May 9, that will be my week 6.0
