I'm trying to understand the whole website & set up. My question is...Could someone explain the difference between "net" calories & "goal" calories & why they're different?!?!?::happy:

Net calories is what you have consumed so far- it subtracts calories burned from exercise. Calorie Goal is how many calories you should consume. It adds in the calories burned from exercise.0
