CONFUSED! Please Help

Hey, its my 3rd day on MFP and I'm totally addicted, but....

I see people have goals, mini goals, workout goals, weightloss goals, etc and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to set those up. All I got is the original "target weight" goal.

Can anyone help me? Please?

    Under signature you can write what you want and it will appear under your comments.

    Are you talking about the goals posted when they reply to mesasges? This is part of your "signature" and that's where you would add that.

    Go to your home page and at the top of the page there should be a place that says "goals" click on it!! :smile:

    It only does a weight loss goal over a certain timesclae - and from that it sets up your calorie goal per day etc. Youc an also say how much you aim to workout.

    Apart from that, the rest in the signatures that you see are goals that people have "made up". For example I've set mini goals at every 5lbs, and two major goals, one being the final goal, and one being when I hit the top end of the healthy BMI. It's up to you to chose whatever you want for those.
