    To answer the above quote, all I have done is exercise exercise exercise and count my calories!! Not religiously, there are some days when I go over and some days when I don't exercise, but I just had to get in the mindset of coming home from work and then exercising straight away before I had a chance to get comfy on the sofa and just watch tv all evening. I knew that if I didn't do it, then I would look the the 'before' photo's for ever!
