Soy protein: would you say is better for women to take rather than whey protein, about the same, or stick to whey protein? My brother kinda try to convince me that would be a better choice for me wanted to know what everyone else thinks.....

I've also read bad stuff about soy for women and children. Too much is a bad thing for our reproductive system I beleive. I avoid soy whenever I can..0

I'm not going to pass judgement as I simply don't know. If whey is fine with you and you can handle it stick with whey.
The two things which most people agree on are, price of soy being too high, and the biological value of the protein not being as good as whey.
Other than that there is no one side / conclusive proof of soy being better than, worse than or the same as whey.0
