Kick this PIG!!! what's your Battle Cry?

My family has a Motto; well really it's a Battle Cry; "KICK THIS PIG!!!". I introduced this expression to my family about 6 months ago as the phrase I would yell from the driver's seat after picking up my 2 boys from after-school care. They caught onto it real quick and started saying it on their own, particularly in the car when we'd begin trips. My wife first just smiled and shook her head when she'd hear the boys or I call it out.
If you Google the expression "Kick this Pig!!!" you'll see some references to starting a Harley FatBoy, or to the movie Down Periscope. When I first used the expression I had no idea of where it came from originally. I, instead, first came across it while playing World of Warcraft; yes, I play WOW, yes I know what MMORPG, vent server, and Raiding, means and no, I will not fix your computer... Anyway, when I joined a new guild in WOW "Kick this Pig!!!" was the official battle cry. I instantly fell in love with it. It just fit, it rolled off the tongue and instantly pumped me up. When I first used it with my boys I was just trying to come up with something to get their interest as they were somewhat bored and listless in the backseat of the car after playing all day. I had no intention of it becoming an integral part of our family.
So at first "Kick this Pig!!!" was just something goofy I had come across that was meant to be just fun to say. This has changed over time as we've embarked on a more healthy lifestyle. I found myself encouraging others on facebook and now on here to Kick this Pig!!! I exhort to others while jogging the parking deck or lifting in the gym to KICK THIS PIG!!! I have no idea if they know what the hell I'm talking about when they hear me say it (point of fact, while writing this I took a poll and only one had any idea what the hell I was talking about). In fact, I'm not sure why I started using it as much as I do now. It was just something fun to say and I liked saying it.
But since I've started really pushing it (last few weeks), the saying has taken on more meaning for me, and I think my wife as well (and hopefully the friends I know who hear me use it). I'm kicking the pig out of my life!!! That lazy, slovenly, listless POS that just sat there waiting to eat himself to death for all those years. I'm KICKING THE **** out of him every day!!! He's not allowed in here anymore. Every workout, every healthy meal, every time I choose to get off my *kitten* and actually move instead of watching TV. Every level of the parking deck I run, every minute on the elliptical, every pound of every rep of every set I lift. Every moment I'm out playing with my kids and not in the house, every mile I walk with my wife, every extra minute I get to spend on Earth with my loved ones that I would have sacrificed living the old way I'm kicking the pig, this pig, the one I used to be.
Who else has a battle cry or motto for their new life? The one that just captures it just right...

Don't start none, won't be none.
If you want it, you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find EVERY excuse.0 -
Anytime I don't feel motivated I look in the mirror and sing, "Fat guy in a little coat...."0

one of my first boxing matches i was really really really tired going into the last round...and around the last minute of the match i heard my coach say "only one minute! you can do anything for one minute, dig deep and push yourself"
so the saying "you can do anything for one minute" really stuck with me, and now when i work out i really push myself and anytime i feel like giving up i push myself for one more minute.. then when that minute is up.. i tell myself again.. only one more minute... i usually do this when i do intense cardio and HIIT it really helps me mentally get passed the feeling of just giving up. so when i push myself as hard as i can go i usually go minute by minute and 45 mins later i'm finally done but i know that i have dug deep and gave it all i got.0 -
