i HAVE A THIGH SLIMMER...I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT...SO MUCH!! BUT YOU DO SWEAT ALOT IN IT...GROSS! LOL0

Have a sweat suit - use it only on my own personal treadmill or running outside - one suggestion = undress in teh shower because sweat pools at the ankles. Yuck but so worth it - always feel great afterward.0

you can punch your arms and head through a garbage bag...it works. done it before when I was younger, although not sure I would do it now.
be careful with that stuff...it can be dangerous if you over heat.0 -
There is no benefit to any of those items.
Sweat is sweat. It does not melt fat. You'll become slightly, temporarily dehydrated if you use sweat suits and 'waist trimmers' and then you'll drink something and rehydrate.
Spend your money on things that will actually be useful in losing fat: a food scale, some good workout shoes, a gym membership, more natural foods, etc.0 -

I beg to differ - its a great cleanse (hense my post about feeling great)
I would agree though not a way to lose weight - you need to drink loads of water. Just a great way to refresh0 -

bang on...I should have mentioned in my post the same thing. it's just sweat and water weight. and maybe feel a little better from flushing toxins from the body. but that's it.0 -

Your body is a self-cleansing organism. You do not need to purchase any products to help it along.
If you have a firm belief that sweating is somehow a super-duper sort of 'cleanse', do something that works up a sweat. No products needed.0
