EEeeekkk! I need to start loosing some weight NOW!
I'm 5'2" and 130, I'd like to get to 118-120 ish, if I eat well and exersize my brains out, how much weight do you think is possible to loose in one month?

Healthy weight loss recommendation would be 1lb a week if I'm not mistaken...Loosing the weight too fast may cause problems, or put your body into starvation and when you finally come off the diet everything you eat will be stored instead of used properly.0
