I have my activity level set at sedentary. I figured that way I can log all my activities. My job is mostly a sit on my butt job. However, on Saturdays I have my clinical training as a CNA from 6am-1pm and then I bartend and am running my butt off from 4pm-11pm. Its not busy regularly enough to set my activity level higher for a regular basis. So my question is, should I log those 2 shifts as the light cleaning setting in the cardio section? I am on my feet moving, lifting, stocking the ENTIRE time of both shifts, and I am usually EXHAUSTED after. So is this okay or am I majorly cheating?
