So, I finally figured out how my body responds..maybe this will help you too!
I was eating just below 1200 calories and day and my weight was slowly creeping up. I made it a point to eat at least 1200 a day, between 1200-1300, and I have lost almost 2 1/2 pounds this week. I really think that the amount of calories is the difference. I have been finishing off each day with about 300 calories in ice cream...or Easter candy. Yum!!!!

    Great job!

    Maybe try adding some almonds to your diet. Higher calorie, great for you. =)
