Ok. So I've gotta use what I have for cooking this weekend. Hubby and I are in the process of closing on our first home, and we're trying to just use up what we have without spending much at the grocery store. I actually am not going to be going to the grocery store at all and could use a hand figuring out what to do with all this ham we have.

I have lots of ham. Like 3 lbs of it. (It's currently in the freezer.)
I have a box of whole wheat spaghetti
I have olive oil
I have a bunch of dried spices.
I have frozen corn.
I have milk, eggs, breadcrumbs, wheat bread

No cheese, no broths of any sort...
UGH. What can I make? LOL. I realize this sounds pathetic, but I need help on what I can make.
OOOoooh I do have a pound of lean ground beef too, but no spag. sauce. So go ahead. Give me ideas

    Ham omelets
    Ham & noodles
    Ham & spices + water = soup

Milke, eggs, and wheat bread- at least you have Sunday breakfast lol. French toast :) If you have cinnamon in those spices, that's even better. With a side of ham maybe? Other than that, I have no ideas.

You could make spaghettic carbonara, with white sauce instead of cheese sauce, and ham instead of bacon.

    Add in the corn etc.

And then the ham and eggs couldbe gammon with an egg on top, with a side of corn.

I would bake the ham. Use part of it for dinner with pasta mixed with olive oil and spices. Use some of it for breakfast with the eggs and the rest for lunch on a sandwich.

You could also make southwestern hamburgers with the ground beef, corn, spices, egg and breadcrumbs.
