Hello everyone! Today is my second day using the site and I love it so far (:

Last spring I was weighing in at my highest of around the low 160's. Late June I was 156 and decided to really push myself and was able to hit 129, but by mostly unrealistic fasting, and restricting. In late February I had to be given a sudden surgery and since then have gone back up to 137. I am trying to regain my strength and lose this weight as safely as I can now.

I would love so much to support anyone and have support as well!

    You look tiny in your profile picture! Why are you even wanting to lose weight - your body looks amazing! At 5'8", (I'm the same height) 125lbs is very thin - don't kill yourself to get there. 137 is a very healthy weight for that height!
