so as most of my MFP pals know I put on 2kg over Easter not through eating chocolate but through the number of take away meals I have eaten while I have been fitting my new kitchen. It gets worse my digital scales have been driving me nuts as they vary so much so I bought a mechanical scale today but it says I'm 2kg heavier again so my question is this do I check in and put my weight at 100kg again, do I wait until my scale says the 96kg and then start logging the weight loss or do I just weigh each week and take my weight loss off the 96kg

Its up to you. Dont let the computer run your life. You have a goal and you are sticking to it. That is what is important. I would probably wait and not sweat it. Keep up the good work.
