I just started doing the Southbeach diet this week. Anyone else doing this as well? Interested in starting a little group. I'm always on the look out for new ideas as far as low carb foods go.

This first week wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be and I have already lost 3 pounds. :bigsmile:

    Tried this diet a couple of years ago. I loved everything about it except my grocery bill! Now I just take parts of the recipes & book info & incorperate it into a lower calorie diet & exercise plan that I'm on now that I hope to make into a change of life

    My body responds to low carb stuff really well. I've let myself go lately and we have a pool party in May for my fiance's b-day so I gotta get crackin so I'm ready for the bikini! :bigsmile:

    The southbeach diet super charged book has some pretty decent recipies in it. I'm obsessed with the Peanut Butter Delight dessert. Who knew ricotta cheese would taste amazing with peanut butter.

    My grocery bill hasn't been too crazy so thank god for that.

    So just as an update I'm down 7 pounds in the 2 weeks that I have done the southbeach diet. I have found it to be really easy to stick to. I'm obviously pleased with the results so far. I don't feel tired or lethargic or anything.
