I've been doing Insanity since April 13th and I LOVE it!!!!
The only thing I didn't like was the shin splints I got almost right away. Advil and warm compresses took care of that though!!
Good luck with Insanity, it kicks your butt but the results makes it all worth it!0 -
I'm also starting insanity on May 1st, I've already done the fit test, so I know that it's gonna be hard. Best of luck!!!0

I'm it on Monday....and yes, I'm scared....I watched the first workout....and all people on there were dripping sweat and breathing so hard by the end of it and they are all really in shape.....it's going to be insane....but I'm excited to see results....my twin and I are doing it....0 -
I have done the fit test & the Plyometric cardio circuit...both SUPER hard & SUPER intense...I was dripping at the end of Plyometric cardio. I do spin, and circuit training with a personal trainer 3x's per week so I can't do the schedule properly - but I'm trying to incorporate the workouts as much as I can! Can't wait to try the other workouts...I'm scared too! LOL0

expect it to be the hardest thing you have ever done. no joke. i am a very fit person and it made me want to puke multiple times per work out the first time through each tape.
that being said, it will make you feel like you seriously accomplished something everyday. it will also make you drip sweat like you just got out of the shower, and make you able to honestly say you are in awesome shape.0 -
I am starting week 3 of insanity this week coming up. The exercises themselves are not hard to do (in my opinion) they are easy to get but it is really intense the WHOLE workout and you will definitely get a great workout! I am usually dripping sweat by the end of warm ups but I LOVE that! I also got a watch w/ a heart rate monitor & calorie counter in it. I check my heart rate as much as i can (during breaks) to keep it as accurate as possible. So far, so good!
I was really sore 2 days after my first workout, mainly my calves but they would loosen up after I warmed up and I pushed through the work outs. By the 3rd day my legs were feeling much better!0
