pasta machine

so I was just given a pasta machine and am itching to use it! I have been avoiding pasta lately even tho I looooove it so much, because the more often I eat it, the more I crave it.
Buuuuuttt I am a sucker for kitchen tools, and want to try it out! it only makes the flat/fettuccine and spaghetti, but does anyone have recipes for healthier pasta dough, or even other things I can do with this nifty contraption?

No advice, but I love making my own pasta. I suppose adding things like pumpkin in ravioli is healthier than pasta alone?0

My only suggestion is that if you're going to use wheat flours to soak them first and use extra water. I had a machine and found using the included recipes I often had a dry hard dough that would cause the motor to seize up and even broke one of the extruding plates :grumble:1
