Hi my name is Caroline,aged 51 suffer from bipolar so on medication that causes weight gain.Slowly trying to reduce meds and stay stable while trying to loose weight.Married for 27 years no children.Enjoy reading,knitting sudoku.Trying to adopt love of gardening as excercise,Like cooking for friends and obviously enjoy eating.Not active enough need to increase actvity levels.I weighed 18stone 9 this morning.:blushing: :embarassed: :explode: :angry: :brokenheart:
