This is my first post here at myfitnesspal. I have not been a member of a weight loss group before, but have heard wonderful things so I'm giving it a try.
I was adopted at birth and have recently met up with my biological family. Their health problems have freaked me out!!! I need to get in shape and stay that way. No messing around!!! Here I go . . .
