Hello!

I have been on MFP for almost a month and I love it!!! I have been working at my lifestyle change (not a diet) for almost four months now. I just wanted to say hi to everyone out there. I am so excited to mention that I have reached and surpassed my half way goal. I started at 236 and when weighing myself today I was 199!!! and I am in size 14 jeans again!! It feels so good!

Anyway if you are looking for support or want to chat I am here... :)

    Oh, not 37 in one month, 37 in 4 months. Since i have been on MFP I have lost 10lb. I really just changed my lifestyle. I now try to keep my calories under 1200 daily, and I walk on my breaks and lunches at work. I calculated it the other day and found that I walk nearly 4 miles on lunches and breaks during the day. I now bike with my kids, and if it is rainy I do a Jillian Michaels or Zumba workout video. :) But unfortunately none of that is good enough to do more than approximately 2 lbs a week. :)
