What time is a good time to have dinner? I know its not good to eat to late. So for myself I have been eating at 7 because I stay up until 11pm. but I was wondering if that was to late or to early.

that kind of schedule works for me....if I eat any earlier and stay up late, I get hungry.....don't like that!
I think our bodies tell us what is good if we listen to them!0 -
I don`t think there really is any set time, just eat when you feel hungry. I have dinner around 6-6:30 and i sometimes am in bed by 9 (gotta be up at 3am). I try to make sure I don`t eat after 8pm, but that doesn`t happen all the time lol0

I eat whenever I feel hungry - doesn't matter what time it is, as long as I have calories left for the day. If I don't have calories left, I have a small snack & log it the next morning as part of my breakfast. Kinda cheating? Nope - it works for me!0

Whatever works for you is my advice!!! We are all different so you need to figure out what is best for you. I used to try not to eat until 7:00 - I ended up binging half the time because I was so hungry. I eat now as soon as I get home from work (5-5:30) and I'm fine the rest of the night (go to bed at 10:00) --- that is way too early for some people. But for my natural body clock - it works.
However, I also eat breakfast pretty early compared to a lot at 6:00. So maybe that has something to do with it. Who knows, but don't worry about following "rules" do what works for your body!!0 -
I have "dinner" at 7am. :laugh:0
