Didn't get to meet my monthly challenge of losing the 10 lbs like I had planned, BUT I did manage to loose 9.5 inches overall!!
I'll post measurements later (about to hit our green belt) but I want to thank everyone for their encouragement, feedback, suggestions and motivation.
Couldn't have done it without some help!! :happy:
