I have ate below my calorie goal today but it was mostly crappy food and I feel horrible now! Why can I do sooo good for sooo long, then wham!! I get these crazy cravings.....!?? Grrrr.......

Wish I knew WHY!! Don't beat yourself up- I believe that the if the majority is good then balance will happen.0

it's probably because you're depriving yourself of these foods, and eventually your body wants them SO badly, that you almost have to give in. try treating yourself a tiny bit each day, you'll be less likely to have days where you "binge" and eat only bad foods :]
