I have just bought and completed my first Supreme 90 day workout, and I love it!!! I am so excited that I had to share it. I wanted to buy P 90X but could not afford it, then I saw this and for $19.99 - $5 bed bath and beyond coupon = $16.15 after tax--- I had to have it! If you don't have a coupon, you can sign up at www.bedbathandbeyond.com and they will e-mail you a 20% off coupon immediately. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after trying it out I know now that this is a kick *kitten* good workout, comes with 10 dvd's, each dvd targets different muscle groups, circuit training, a workout calendar and a nutrition plan included. It also provides you with a code for free online support. I completed the chest and lower back then I moved on to the circuit training and minutes later I was dripping sweat and my muscles felt as if they were on fire!! I love love love it!!! Sooo worth it!!

I'm tempted by this program, as I eventually one day in the future want to try P90x.. it doesn't have Tony though! He gets me through workouts even when I have 0 motivation0

It is a day after my first Supreme90Day workout...and just wanted to share how I feel... Keep in mind that I used to spend between 1-2 hours in the gym 4-5 days a week, targeting each body section with a combination of cardio. After my first Supreme90Day workout yesterday, I must say that I am hooked. My shoulders and chest and on fire...and hurts to touch ha ha...its the good pain though....my Quadriceps and Gluteus Maximus are pretty sore too ( and I squat press 250 lbs heh!)....I have however, for the past few months been in my plateau, so I figured I needed something intense to break this dead end I was facing. Seems to me this worked great. I did wake up sore, but that did not stop me from my Saturday morning session at the gym. Spent 1.5 hours on core + cardio, and I plan on doing day to of my Supreme90Day workout which is called "Ultimate Ball" tonight. I am pumped and sooo motivated, now that I know this workout really works on getting the muscles worked out in a completely different way from weight lifting that I have been accustomed to.
If you do try it out, please share your thoughts with me!!0
