I've almost completed the Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Days DVD (I started April 1st) and would like to know what DVD y'all would recommend after doing Ri30. I wanted to try JM's 30 Day Shred, but I heard Ri30 was harder. So, I would like to try something that will be more challenging than Ri30, have a "variety" or different levels (Ri30 has 4 levels), and is not P90X. I have P90X and I'm so not ready to "bring it" that hard:smile: .

I recently tried her No More Trouble Zones and totally got my butt kicked. I liked that each circuit targeted new muscles. I would recommend it. Ive also tried 30 day shred and ripped in 30 and they are very similar, probably dont need both

Some moves do repeat themselves though. Just a heads up.

I'm in the same boat as you. Finishing ripped in 30 next week and am ready for more of a challenge. I think I am looking to start Insanity to really push myself.

Have you gotten results you were looking for doing ripped in 30??

I didn't expect to get ripped lol because I'm so overweight, but I actually do see a difference in my body. I've lost 6.4 lbs so far :-). I'm waiting till tmw to calculate the official weight/measurements. I might post pics...but I'm not sure yet.

Congrats! Thats a great start! I saw a difference in the toning of my arms and mid section but was disappointed to see no weight loss :/
