But I do better when I weigh myself most mornings.0 -
I weigh myself every morning just before hitting the shower, no clothes! If I have lost a pound, I'm ecstatic and encouraged to keep going. If I have gained a pound, I'm determined to lose it and more! Nothing wrong with weighing every day. I never weigh during the day or after eating, or especially at night!. What's the point!

I weigh everyday/every other day.
It is the national weight loss registry, and 78% of those who lost 30lbs and have kept it off for a minimum of a year weigh in weekly so they can catch a gain before it is out of control.
I used to weigh in all the time, literally, everytime I went to the bathroom. Now I am a one time a week girl, every Wednesday as soon as I get up in the morning, 6 am every Wed. :yawn:0 -

i weigh myself throughout the week, but i have an official weigh in saturday morn before i eat, and thats what i log in on here0

I check every morning after I do the buisness... but my official one is Monday. Though if I have went down during the week, I'll log it.0

Thrusday may seem to be the day. Lol. I haven't weighed in about a week. Ive been putting it off, im also relocating and my scale is in another town. Lol. Im afraid to weigh myself everyday though :explode: i give up easily0

i have to hide my scale. I usually put it underneath one of the couches so i have to dig it out! if i saw it all the time id have to weigh too and that would be no good for me. lol:laugh:0 -
Just banished that d*** scale, today. yep, not gonna look at it for a whole month. :noway: I'm relying on the tape measure now, and how my clothes fit, and just how I feel. I was getting way too obsessive over the "numbers"......:grumble:0
