I got down to my lowest point at the start of last week (143lbs), but I overate all week and got back up to 148lbs. The I started dieting for four days the went to a party on the Royal Wedding day and ate a massive BBQ. Now I am back on, but not having scales is makig it really difficult.

Any way, tips for staying motivated? I really want to get below 140lbs and it seems so near but yet so far :(

  • Maybe a little meditation on thinspiration pictures will help you? :-)))
    But seriously, I'm sure it's just a bad mood. Don't think about dieting for a while and watch a couple of good movies!! My lack of motivation always comes when I'm in bad mood, feeling sick and hungry. Stay happy! :-)
