Never used it for chicken, would taste steamed I guess. I have seen recipes where you add all sort of seasonings and vegies and can have a meal in a bag. Used it all the time for veggies, though, and love them

Found a recipe for cooking chicken in steam bags:

    Hot and Spicy chicken bites:

2 boneless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 tsp hot sauce
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt

combine in bag, shake to mix. Cook full power 3 1/2 min until no pink remains. Wait 1 min open spoon 1 tbsp lime juice over chicken. mix to combine. Serve over salad, rice, etc.

You can actually check on ziploc. ca for other recipes.

Just checked out the ziploc.ca website. They have some great recipes for these bags. Even can make an omelet in them!! I am hooked, though I only usually use them for veggies, could be a fast fix for breakfast
