Hi all,
I have a Polar F4. I would like to wear it to go swimming, but I'm a bit nervous even though it says that it is water resistant to 30m. Has anybody ever used their Polar HRM for swimming? And if so, was it OK?
Thanks in advance for any info ....

I have the same HRM, unfortunately mine doesn't work when I'm swimming. From an earlier post on the same topic it may be due to the chemicals in the water and so by all means try it but don't be too surprised if it doesn't work!
Mine has worked fine since I tried it0
