I've used one other computer program before, Diet Power, but since I just got my first smartphone (Android) & have access to internet virtually everywhere I saw this program & decided to try it out. Looks fairly easy to use. I especially like the bar code reader.
I have been out of shape this past winter & fall in part because of an accident I was in which prevented me in part from doing my usual routine. But there was some depression & anger about it all and I fell back to eating in a carefree manner. So I gained some weight. Not too much though. 15 pounds is all I am concerned with.
I am a runner and I have been putting in about 16 miles a week plus about 12 miles of fast walking (13:45 per mile X 3). So that routine helps too.
