sizzling pubs

i am needing sizzling pubs nutritional information, (am in the uk) does anyone or has anyone eaten here? i will probably have their chicken breast with bacon and cheese sauce with fries on the side. but their salad apparently is 400 calories+!! and desert will probably be a choc brownie with ice cream or a chocolate tart. any one have a food list at all? have only eaten 400 calories so far today, am starving but am too scared to have a proper meal in case tonights is 2000+. i might just grab a snack for now to get me through.
could i order a childs portion? sounds stupid but my stomach probably only could handle that amount.
