Hi i have been here before but i slipped into my old habits. I have not gained any weight since i was last here but have not lost any either. I really want to acheive my goals this time and three days on i have not slipped up. Also if anyone can help i have been decorating for 8 hours solid yesterday and wondered how many calories i have burned off. Good luck to everyone
