What to have for tea?

I am very fussy and find I eat the same things a lot of the time, I often have my main meal at tea time and was wondering if I can get some inspired ideas for my tea, preferably under 500 calories and meat free, although I do eat chicken.

As an idea of what I have already I eat things like fish cakes and fish fingers, chicken breast, pasta, spaghetti on toast, beans on toast, salads, jacket potatoes etc, so just looking for new ideas for a nice tea this weekend
