I have my level set at sedentary. Spend the day with the kids doing crafts, household stuff but not really very active. But now that its spring we are outside moving around the yard, at the park, my sons sports etc. Should I change my activity level now?

Good post! I am interested to see the responses. I too have returned to a physical job, but I have not changed my activity level either. I am losing, so I hate to change anything! lol When I did change, it up'ed my cals. I have a hard enough time eating what I get now!

I am set at sedimentary, too, however, i do spend part of the day cycling, going to jobs, groceries, so i'm far from completely sedimentary. But in my opinion it's what you want yourself. I know i'm not as active that i "spend a good part of the day on my feet" so if i leave it on sedimentary i will lose more weight than when i up it.

If you like the way things are going now, leave it where it is. If you feel you're losing weight too quick, change the setting.

If you are consistently more active every day you should change your daily activity level.

If you keep it at sedentary and then just log your work (i.e. yard work, playing outside with kids) as exercise then you can be sure that you wont GO OVER your calorie limits and start gaining weight... the only thing changing your activity level does is give you more calories to eat... so if you think you aren't eating enough then just add in another 100 calories or so.. no need to change your activity level... but thats just my opinion.
