Vanilla Oat Bran Porridge

A friend of mine who is eating low carb on the Dukan diet loves this ... so this is suitable for anyone but esp for most ppl on low carb diet who mind eating little bran
Sorry i don' t have cal work up on this but I will ask my friend and report back ..

Oat bran3 table spoons
Skimmed milk100-150ml
Sweetener of choice ... like Stevia 1-2 table spoons
Vanilla extract1-2 tea spoons

Measure 3 table spoons of oat bran into a cup or a small bowl and pour in the milk.

Add 1-2 table spoons of sweetener, depending on your preference, add the vanilla extract and mix everything together.

Heat up the bowin a microwave for 1 minute.

Stir the mixture and let the oat bran soak for a while.

Once thickened you can heat it up for another 30 econds in the microwave.
