Hi, My name is Jess and I joined a few months ago and just never did anything with it. Now I really want to lose my extra baby weight by next year. My husband and I want to have another child but my first pregnancy was horrible because I was so heavy when I got pregnant. Now I want to be at a healthy weight when I conceive again. Any support would be appreciated.

    That's a great reason to lose weight! What are you doing now to try and lose the weight? I have only been using this website for a week but I feel more optimistic this time around.
