I was wondering if anyone has a good body fat scale that they like, and if they are accurate. I am thinking about getting one, but I don't know how accurate they are, or what brand is a good one.

They are basically useless - unless you want to know with up to a 5% error.

I bought one myself (and returned), that would give me a different answer based on the height I put in.

You'd be better off getting a body fat caliper off ebay or another site. Body fat scales don't take into account your muscle mass or anything like that. Cheers.

My sister bought a Weight watchers scale that determines your fat percentage. I was playing around with it, and it does varie. If my feet were clamy my % would be lower, if they were dry it would be higher, it varies on your height and age... (personally I think it uses your BMI hahaha) I would go with calipers as well
